As part of the City of Mobile’s quest to upgrade public safety, the old and obsolete Spring Hill fire station on Museum Drive is scheduled to be demolished next year and replaced with a new state-of-the art facility on the site. Village of Spring Hill board members have been meeting with Fire Chief Mark Sealy and Chief of Staff Jeremy Lami along with Council member Gina Gregory and the City of Mobile Architectural Engineering Department to collaborate on aesthetic elements of the exterior design of the new building. Plans are being developed for a traditional neighborhood friendly design in keeping with The Blueprint for Spring Hill Master Plan.
